Available now from Mouser stock, Rohm's BD2220/1/4/5 are high-side switch
ICs with over-current protection for power supply line memory card
applications. The switch element includes an N-channel MOSFET with low ON
resistance. Features include soft-start function, under-voltage lockout and
over-temperature protection.
Typical applications include vehicle audio, PLC, AC servo, set-top boxes,
blood pressure monitors, DVR/DVS, home theatre systems and various
motor-control applications.
