Exar's XR761xx PowerBlox CoT regulators are now available from Mouser stock.
The synchronous step-down regulators combine the controller, drivers,
bootstrap diode and MOSFETs in a single package for point-of-load supplies.
The devices have a current load rating of 8A (XR76108), 12A (XR76112) or 15A
(XR76115). A wide 4.5V to 22V input voltage range allows for single supply
operation from industry standard 5V, 12V and 19.6V rails for applications
such as distributed power architecture, point-of-load (PoL) converters,
power supply modules, FPGA DSP / processor supplies, base stations,
switches / routers and servers.
