Vishay's SiP1210x synchronous buck regulators are now available from Mouser.
The high frequency current-mode constant on-time (CM-COT) devices feature
integrated high-side and low-side power MOSFETs.
The device's power stages are capable of supplying 3A, 4A or 5A continuous
current at 1.5MHz or 4MHz switching frequency. The regulators produce an
adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V from 2.8V, 4.5V, 5.5V to 15V input
rail to accommodate a variety of applications, including computing, consumer
electronics, telecom and industrial.
