Latest 100W S-Band GaN transistors for demanding needs

TriQuint's new TGF2929-FL and TGF2929-FS GaN transistors are now available from RFMW. The 28V devices offer 107W P3dB for applications in radar, professional / defence communications and avionics systems. Covering frequencies up to 3.5GHz, the TGF2929-FL and TGF2929-FS are input pre-matched for S-Band. The TGF2929-FL has a flange mount and the TGF2929-FS is an earless version package. Both transistors utilize low thermal base material for efficient heat transfer with PAE >50%.
