Diode Inc.'s reduced-footprint ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 multi-channel relay
and inductive load drivers are now available from Digi-Key. Both devices
support 3.3V to 5V CMOS logic inputs, making them compatible with a wide
range of microcontrollers and logic devices
The ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 are multi-channel sink drivers comprising 7
channel and 4 channel output stages respectively.
The ULN2003V12 sink driver features 7 low-output impedance drivers that
minimize on-chip power dissipation and provide a low-power upgrade for the
popular ULN2003A family in many applications.
The ULN2003F12 features 4 sink driver channels providing lower power
consumption and a better fit for applications requiring only 4 channel
drivers, like driving low voltage stepper motors.
The ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 families have ESD performance up to 4kV HBM,
1kV CDM. The ULN2003V12 is available in both 16-pin SOIC and 16-pin TSSOP,
and the ULN2003F12 is housed a the space-saving 10-pin DFN3030 package.
