Featuring ultra-low dropout voltage, low inrush current and fast load
transient response, Toshiba's TCR5AM series CMOS single-output voltage
regulators with an on/off control input are now available from Mouser.
The devices are available in fixed output voltages between 0.55V and 3.6V
and are capable of driving up to 500mA. Other features include over-current
protection, over-temperature protection, under-voltage-lockout and
auto-discharge function. The TCR5AM series are offered in the ultra-compact
plastic moulded DFN5B package measuring 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.38mm.
The devices are ideal for portable applications that require high-density
board assembly such as cellular phones, says the company.
