DIN-rail power supplies are efficient and versatile

Mouser is now stocking UNO Power DIN-rail power supplies from Phoenix Contact. The UNO supply is designed for applications requiring power of up to 100W and provides a maximum energy efficiency of up to 90%. The units provide flexible and compact solutions for basic industrial DIN-rail applications and are available in three performance classes of 30W, 60W, and 100W. Users can select from housing widths of 22.5mm, 35mm, and 55mm, make the series ideal for compact control boxes. Maximum energy efficiency is provided with more than 90% across the operating range of -25C to 70C, as well as idle losses below 0.3W. Select models are certified according to UL 1310/508 Listed Class 2. The series supports a wide input voltage range of 85VAC to 254VAC. Each device supports one output voltage channel and one output current channel. Output DC voltages for the voltage channel include 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, and 48V. Output currents for the current channel include 1.25A, 2A, 2.1A, 2.5A, 3.7A, 4.2A, 4.6A, and 8.3A. Power supplies of the same type and be connected in parallel to increase output power. In addition, two power supplies of the same type can be connected in series to double the output voltage. The power supply units feature IP20 protection and are intended for indoor installations inside the housings. They provide over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection.
