Avago MGA-43024/40 amplifier modules are now available from Mouser stock.
The fully-matched power amplifiers target 2.4GHz band applications.
High linear output power at 5V is achieved through a proprietary 0.25µm GaAs
enhancement mode pHEMT process. MGA-430x is packaged as a 5mm²
moulded-chip-on-board (MCOB) module package. The MGA-43024 is ideal for WLAN
applications, such as access points, while the MGA-43040 is designed for
final stage amplification of Picocell and Femtocell applications, says the
company.
