Mouser now stocks Murata Power Solutions' MGJ6 Series 6W isolated DC-DC
converters which offer configurable triple output voltages of +15V, +5V, and +5V.
The series is ideal for powering high-side and low-side gate drive circuits
for IGBTs, silicon carbide and MOSFETs in bridge circuits.
MGJ6 DC-DC converters offer a choice of asymmetric output voltages,
providing optimum drive levels for best system efficiency and EMI. Murata
Power Solutions MGJ6 Series meets the high isolation and dv/dt requirements
commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The
series features a disable / frequency synchronization pin that simplifies
EMC filter design. MGJ6 protection features include short-circuit and
overload protection.
