Rohm's BD6538G high-side switch IC is now available from Mouser stock. The
device uses a single N-Channel MOSFET with low ON-Resistance
For power supply port protection the single-chip device's safety functions
include over-current detection (OCD), thermal shutdown (TSD), under-voltage
lock out (UVLO) and soft-start.
Typical applications include a USB hub in consumer appliances such as PCs
and PC peripheral equipment. Operating Temperature Range: -40C to 85C.
