Ultra-low jitter clock with frequency stability and high phase noise performance

27-04-2015 | Digikey | Semiconductors

Part of a range of Connor-Winfield clocks now available from Digi-Key, PB223 series devices offer an LVPECL output, fixed frequency, crystal-controlled oscillator (XO) designed for applications requiring tight frequency stability, wide temperature range, and very low jitter. Operating at a 3.3V supply voltage, the PB223 series provides LVPECL differential outputs with enable / disable function. The surface-mount 5mm x 7mm package is designed for high-density mounting and optimum mass-production manufacturing. The PB223 series clocks exhibit ultra-low jitter performance with a frequency stability of ±20ppm over the industrial temp range of -40C to 85C. Designed with a high-frequency fundamental mode crystal, this series offers excellent phase noise performance.
