Mouser now stocks the Diodes Incorporated DLLFSD01 fast switching diode. The
device provides an ultra-low reverse leakage current of 5nA at VR = 5V and
very low capacitance (<1pF at VR=0V) in an ultra-small leadless
surface-mount package measuring 0.6mm x 0.3mm.
The device has a UL flammability classification rating of 94V-0, Level 1 per
J-STD-020 moisture sensitivity and lead-free plating.
