Now stocked by Digi-Key, Connor-Winfield's M100 series TCXOs feature high frequency stability with exceptional phase noise characteristics in a compact 5mm x 3.2mm surface-mount package. Designed for high-density mounting, the TCXOs and VCTCXOs exploit analog temperature-compensation technology and are capable of holding sub 100ppb or 200ppb stabilities over commercial or industrial temperature ranges. Applications include IEEE 1588 systems, synchronous Ethernet slave clocks (ITU-T G.8262 EEC options 1 and 2), Stratum 3, GR-1244-CORE, GR-253-CORE and ITU-T-G.812 Type IV systems, wireless communications and small cell systems.
