High slew rate low-noise rail-to-rail output operation amplifier

Designed to ensure high-performance operation in low-voltage low-power applications, On Semiconductor's NCS2003 operational amplifier is now available from Digi-Key. The NCS2003 is a low-voltage operational amplifier with rail-to-rail output drive capability. Its 1.8V operation allows high performance operation in low-voltage, low-power applications. Additional features include no output phase reversal with overdriven inputs, a low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV, ultra-low input bias current of 1pA, and a unity gain bandwidth of 5MHz at 1.8V. Available in the space saving SOT23-5 package, the tiny NCS2003 suits small portable electronic applications and areas such as current shunt monitoring, signal conditioning, active filters, sensor buffers, motor control drives, hard drives, medical devices, white goods and air conditioners.
