GeneSiC Semiconductor high-temperature SiC transistors and rectifiers are
now available from Mouser stock. The compact high-temperature SiC junction
transistors (SJTs) and rectifiers come in TO-46 packages. The discrete
components are designed to operate at temperatures of over 225C. The
high-voltage, low RDS(ON) SiC transistors and rectifiers are designed to
reduce the size and weight of electronics applications requiring higher
power handling at elevated temperatures.
