Ka-band 1W power amplifier with an integrated power detector

Aimed at applications such as point-to-point radio and sat-comms, Mouser now stocks TriQuint TGA4544-SM Ka-band power amplifier with an integrated power detector. The device operates from 26 to 31GHz and is designed using TriQuint's power pHEMT production process. The TGA4544-SM typically provides 32dBm of saturated output power with small-signal gain of 23dB. Third Order Intercept is 41dBm at 20dBm SCL. The device measures 5mm x 5mm x 1.3mm.
