Low-power linear regulators that supply up to 15V from a maximum 40V input,
Monolithic Power Systems MP2013 / MPQ2013 Series devices are now available
from Mouser.
The MP2013/MPQ2013 offers low dropout voltage and a low quiescent supply
current to allow operations at extremely low power levels. The
MP2013/MPQ2013 delivers a variety of fixed output voltages, as well as an
adjustable output option. The output current is internally limited and
protected against over-load and over-temperature conditions.
Applications include portable / battery-powered equipment, ultra low-power
microcontrollers, cellular handsets and medical imaging systems.
