Featuring integrated internal high-side 42V power MOSFETs, Rohm's BD9G101G
simple step-down switching regulators are now available from Mouser stock.
The devices provide 0.5A DC output with a fixed 1.5MHz operating frequency,
allowing the use of small inductors and ceramic capacitors. They have
built-in phase compensation components and are available in SOT-23-6 (SSOP6)
package.
