RF/Microwave capacitors designed for ultra-low ESR applications

Specially designed for ultra-low ESR applications, AVX CU Series RF / microwave capacitors are now available from Mouser. The CU Series RF/Microwave Capacitors from AVX are available in 01005 and 0201 sizes, with a capacitance range from 0.5 to 22pF and voltage ratings of 16 and 25VDC. In addition, CU Series capacitors utilize copper electrodes and stable C0G dielectric to exhibit stable performance through +125C and 5GHz. A small footprint also makes the CU series copper electrode RF capacitors ideal for applications that require ultra small packages, such as mobile devices, says the company.
