Dual-channel digital isolator offers superior alternatives to optocouplers

25-09-2015 | Mouser Electronics | Design & Manufacture

The Analog Devices ADuM3200/ADuM3201 dual-channel digital isolator range is now available from Mouser stock. The device features iCoupler technology and combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology to achieve outstanding. The ADuM3200/ADuM3201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates data rates up to 25Mbps. They operate with 3.3V or 5V supply voltages on either side, offering compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. Typical applications include size-critical multi-channel isolation, SPI interface / data converter isolation, RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 transceiver isolation, digital field bus isolation, hybrid electric vehicles and battery monitoring.
