Type N attenuators designed to control the power level of an RF signal

30-09-2015 | Mouser Electronics | Design & Manufacture

Amphenol RF Type N Attenuators are now available from Mouser. They are designed to offer flat attenuation over the designated frequency range. The attenuators feature microwave grade resistors that consistently reduces power. Hex flats on the body allow this attenuator to be easily torqued to the mating connector. Type N Attenuators are available in 3, 6, 10, 15, 20, and 30dB. Applications include the reduction of the power level of an RF signal, protection of a circuit stage from receiving an RF signal that is too high, and precision control RF signals.
