New half-Watt small-cell power amplifier

Covering 700MHz to 960MHz (bands 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 20, 26, 27, 28 and 29), the new Qorvo TQP9309 half-Watt high-efficiency power amplifier is now available from RFMW. The TQP9309 is a fully-integrated, 50ohm module with 32dB of gain and designed for applications using DFE or DPD. Running from a nominal 5V supply, the TQP9309 draws ~100mA and offers efficiencies as high as 27%. Offered in Qorvo’s 3.5mm x 4.5mm SMT package, the TQP9309 is footprint compatible with other Qorvo modules designed for additional small cell applications.
