RFMW now stocks Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42822 high-power SPDT RF switch operating from 700MHz to 3.8GHz utilizing UltraCMOSoo SOI technology. The PE42822 supports 40W single-event peak power handling in a 3mm x 3mm QFN package saving valuable board space over bulky and more costly PIN diode approaches. With 65dBm of IIP3 linearity and 120dBm IIP2, the PE42822 is ideal for LTE receiver applications in microcells and picocells. This Peregrine switch boasts a 3kV HBM ESD performance and supports extended temperature operation up to 105C.
