Now available from Digi-Key stock, Skyworks Solutions' SKYA21001,
single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch, features low insertion loss and
positive voltage operation with very low DC power consumption.
The device comes in a compact, 2mm x 1.25mm, 6-pin, SC-70 package that meets
the requirements of the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) qualification
standard for integrated circuits in the automotive electronics industry.
