Ultra-fast rail-to-rail comparator interface to 1.8 V CMOS and LVDS

Now stocked by Digi-Key, Linear Technology's LTC6752 and LTC6754 UltraFast rail-to-rail comparators combine high-speed performance, small packages and many advantageous features. Offering great design flexibility, the LTC6754 LVDS comparators support toggle rates up to 890Mbps and 1.8ns propagation delay. The comparators interface to CMOS down to 1.8V, exhibit a propagation delay of 2.9ns, and support toggle rates up to 280MHz. Available features include a separate output supply, shutdown, output latch, adjustable hysteresis and complementary outputs.
