Ultra-linear SPDT RF switch offers 5MHz to 6000MHz performance

26-10-2015 | RFMW | Design & Manufacture

The Peregrine Semiconductor PE42422 UltraCMOS SPDT RF switch is now available from RFMW. The enhanced frequency range of the PE42422 pushes down to 5MHz providing broadband performance from 5 - 6000MHz. Typical insertion loss of 0.25dB at 1000MHz with 44dB isolation is maintained. The device integrates on-board CMOS control logic requiring no external components and supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.3V to 5.5V. IIP2 of 115dBm highlights the PE42422’s performance. Housed in a 2mm x 2mm QFN package, ESD tolerance is 4kV HBM on the RF pins.
