RFMW has announced it now stocks Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM, 50ohm, input-matched transistor. The TGF2965-SM offers 5W of output power from 30 to 3000MHz.
The high-performance TGF2965-SM can be tuned for either power or efficiency. Typical PAE at 2GHz is 63%. Linear gain is measured at 18dB. Operating from a 32V supply, the transistor is capable of both CW and pulsed performance making it applicable to LMR, mobile radio, defence and civilian radar, instrumentation and jammers. The TGF2965-SM is available in a 3mm x 3mm plastic QFN package.
