Quad 2-input Schmitt trigger offers enhanced noise immunity

07-12-2015 | RS Components | Semiconductors

As part of its wide standard logic device offering, RS Components stocks the ON Semiconductor MC14093B MOS quad 2-input Schmitt trigger. The P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode device features a single monolithic structure. The devices find primary use where low power dissipation and/or high noise immunity is desired. The MC14093B may be used in place of the MC14011B quad 2-input NAND gate for enhanced noise immunity or to 'square up' slowly changing waveforms.
