Offered as commercial-grade devices for high-speed switching applications,
Vishay VSKY Series surface-mount Schottky rectifiers are now available from
Mouser stock.
Designed using single-diode internal construction, the devices measure 1.6mm
x 0.8mm x 0.31mm. The VSKY Series Schottky rectifiers feature a 2A forward
current, low-forward voltage drop, and a low reverse current.
Applications include smartphones, tablets, wearable devices, smart watches,
fitness trackers, card readers, PDAs and digital cameras.
