RFMW is now stocking the RFSW8006Q a symmetric SP3T switch from Qorvo. The RFSW8006Q is designed for automotive applications such as key fobs, automotive diagnostics and infotainment systems. With low insertion loss of 0.6dB at 2.4GHz, the RFSW8006Q is ideal for WiFi applications as well. Isolation is 27dB and this AEC Q-100 switch operates on voltages from 2.7 to 4.8V. The device is available in a 2mm x 2mm QFN package.
