New logic-level power MOSFETs optimised for 5V logic level gate drive applications

An extension to the Infineon International Rectifier StrongIRFET family, optimised for 5V logic level gate drive applications, is now available from RS Components. The new StrongIRFET devices are ideal for use with low-voltage battery powered circuits in applications such as BLDC and brushed motor drives. They share the same characteristics as the established StrongIRFET family, such as low RDS(on) for greater efficiency, and high current carrying capacity for improved ruggedness and operational reliability.
