Radio frequency identification transponders for non-conducting plastic surfaces

Harting's Ha-VIS FT 89 radio frequency identification transponders are now available from RS Components. They are designed for use with non-conducting plastic surfaces when the need for a non-contact identification solution is required. The FRID tags can be used globally due to the wideband antenna design and are suitable for asset management or intralogistic functions, says the company.
