Tantalum polymer capacitors for high-frequency applications

Offering exceptional performance in high-frequency applications, Panasonic's compact surface-mount POSCAP tantalum polymer capacitors are now available from Farnell element14. The parts are available in a range of sizes and capacitance range, from the D2E with rated capacitance range of 100 to 330µF to the D4 rated capacitance range 330 to 1,000µF. All devices are fully RoHS compliant and are certified Halogen free. The temperature range spans -55C to +125C. Rated voltage range is 2.5 to 10VDC and capacitance tolerance ±20 (120 HZ/+20C.
