Incorporating a multi-stage 1W amplifier that operates at input frequencies
of 13.5 - 16GHz, Triquint's TGC4603-SM Ka-band doubler is now available from
Mouser.
The TGC4603-SM has greater than 70dBc isolation between the input and the
doubled output frequency. The device achieves more than 1W output power with
only 3dBm input power and is well suited to Ka-band satellite ground
terminal applications.
