Offering 35W of saturated CW output power for Ku-band applications, Qorvo's TGA2239-CP high-power MMIC amplifier is now available from RFMW.
The TGA2239-CP operates from 13.4 - 15.5GHz with power added efficiency of >34% and small signal gain of 25.5dB. Processed using GaN on SiC technology, the TGA2239-CP draws 900mA from a 22V supply. Offered in a 15.2mm x 15.2mm Cu-base package, the TGA2239-CP is also available in chip form as the TGA2239.
