AEC-Q200-qualified RoHS-complaint crystals suit harsh conditions

Digi-Key now stocks ECS's AEC-Q200 qualified crystals in industry standard 7mm x 5mm, 5mm x 3.2mm, and 3.2mm x 2.5mm 4-pad packages. The RoHS-complaint parts have a frequency tolerance of ±30ppm at +25C and a frequency stability of ±100ppm at -40C to +125C. Typical applications include keyless entry, mobile devices, drive controls, ZigBee and wireless, and industrial applications.
