Suitable for applications including home security systems, embedded multimedia applications, USB capability products and other industrial control systems, a development module for FTDI's 32-bit high-performance FT90x microcontroller family is now available from Farnell element14. The MM900EV lite features 100-pin QFN package microcontroller, Micro SD card socket support and a Micro-B USB for providing a power supply over USB for the board or connecting to a USB host. The 32-bit FT32 microcontroller features 256kB flash memory, 64kB data RAM and 256kB program memory embedded. Hardware reset button is also provided, alongside +5V alternative power supply DC connector and several interface pin headers.
