STMicroelectronics' A6985F synchronous step-down switching regulators are
now available from Mouser stock. The automotive-grade (AECQ100) devices
deliver up to 0.5ADC and feature a low consumption mode, low noise mode and
have adjustable output voltages from 0.85V to VIN. The regulators are
qualified with 100% duty cycle capabilities and wide input voltage ranges
for cold-crank and load dump specifications.
Applications include battery powered systems, vehicle body applications
(LCM, and audio and low-noise applications (LNM).
