Vishay / BC Components 220 EDLC ENYCAP capacitors are now stocked by Mouser. The polarized electrical double-layer energy-storage capacitor offers high capacity and energy density. An 'energy' version with high stability is also available. The capacitors feature a rated voltage of 2.7V and are available in through-hole (radial) version with 1000h useful life at 85C.
