New series of connectors for LED strip printed circuit boards

03-03-2016 | Wurth | Connectors, Switches & EMECH

The use of LED strip PCB’s is increasingly popular in the efficient production of electrical lighting solutions. In response, Würth has introduced a new series of connectors for connecting LED strip PCBs. The WR-LECO is available with two, three, four or five poles and features a low-profile of only 2.45mm high. The grid spacing is 1.5mm. Designed for LED applications, the SMD board-to-board connector is made of white plastic to minimize shading. Locking allows the connector to create high holding forces. The connectors allow for a maximum current of 1A and an operating voltage up to 150VAC. The operating temperature is -25C to + 85C.
