Infineon BSG0811ND N-channel OptiMOS 5 MOSFET, available from Mouser, is a dual asymmetric, 4.5V-rated logic level device optimized for high performance buck converters. The device is qualified according to JEDEC1 for target applications. The MOSFET has Pb-free lead plating, RoHS compliant and halogen-free according to IEC61249-2-21.
