A new MiniRF transformer is now available from RFMW. The MRFXF0025 is a 1:1
impedance ratio, transmission line transformer covering a frequency range of
45 to 1200MHz. Capable of supporting DOCSIS3.1 requirements, the MRFXF0025
is designed for applications that require superb gain balance in a very
small, low cost, and highly reliable surface-mount package.
Characteristic impedance is 75ohm and insertion loss ranges from 0.7dB to
0.8dB across the device band width. The MRFXF0025 boasts power handling
capability of 2W. The industry standard S-20 package is RoHS compliant and
available in tape and reel.
