Design & Manufacture
Stocked by Farnell element14, this addition to the ultra-low jitter oscillator family, the LMK61xx provides 100fs RMS jitter performance (12K-20MHz), meeting the jitter requirements of the newest standards to offer future proof design with plenty of margin.
Integrated multi write EEPROM memory enables customised start-up frequency, while a pin strap device enables AVL consolidation. Fine and coarse frequency margining enables quick and easy in-system validation with same hardware design for both evaluation and production.
The device eliminates the problem of non-standard frequencies proving difficult to source by using one common XTAL + PLL architecture to provide supply chain robustness and rapid turn around for samples and production orders. Integrated LDOs provide robust supply noise immunity.
Typical applications include switches, routers, telecom/datacom line cards, servers, storage/SAN, medical imaging, and test and measurement.
