Extended range of rectifier diodes and bridge rectifiers

HY Electronics' expanded range of rectifier diodes and bridge rectifiers is now available from JPR Electronics. The offering includes rectifier diodes, bridge rectifiers, Schottky barrier rectifiers, power MOSFETs, fast recovery Epitaxy diodes, 3-phase rectifiers, transient voltage suppressors, LED driver modules (CLD) and IGBT modules. Applications include computers, telecoms, automotive and consumer products. HY is also actively developing products for the 'green energy' market including LED lighting, solar power and automobile energy saving systems.
