A 1:1 impedance ratio, transmission line transformer covering frequencies
from of 45 to 1200MHz, the MiniRF MRFXF0024, is now available from RFMW.
Capable of supporting DOCSIS3.1 requirements, the MRFXF0024 is designed for
applications requiring low loss and where noise figure (NF) concerns are
critical.
Characteristic impedance is 75 ohms and insertion loss ranges from 0.4dB for
return path applications to 0.6dB for downstream circuits. The MRFXF0024 has
excellent amplitude and phase balance and capable of handling a maximum 2W
RF input. The device's industry-standard S-20 package is RoHS compliant and
available in tape and reel for applications that require very small, low
cost, and highly reliable surface-mount components.
