This device is available from RS Components. These mixed domain oscilloscopes offer fast acquisition, selectable record length and a full suite of automated measurements to help resolve debug challenges quickly. Add-ons and accessories are available separately, enabling users to customise and upgrade at time of purchase and into the future. Available separately are options including logic analyser MDO4MSO, with 16 digital channels and supplied with general purpose logic probe P6616 and accessories; arbitrary function generator MDO4AFG, with 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveform generation. Other available accessories include GPIB to USB adapter TEK-USB-488 and rack mount kit RMD3000.
