Designed to minimise footprint in handheld and mobile applications

13-05-2016 | Texas Instruments | Power

Texas Instruments’ 20V, 990mohm, N-Channel FemtoFET MOSFET is designed and optimised to minimise the footprint in many handheld and mobile applications. Ultra-low capacitance improves switching speeds. When used in data line applications, the low capacitance minimises noise coupling. This technology is capable of replacing standard small signal MOSFETs while providing a substantial reduction in footprint size. It has been optimised for suitable load switch applications including general purpose switching, batteries, handheld and mobile devices.
