Available from Farnell element14, these compact, surface mount POSCAP Tantalum polymer capacitors, offer excellent performance in high frequency applications. Available in a range of sizes and capacitance range, from the D2E with rated capacitance range of 100 to 330µF to the D4 rated capacitance range 330 to 1,000µF. All devices are fully RoHS compliant in accordance with UK law, and are certified Halogen free. Temperature range guaranteed at -55C to +125C. with rated voltage range 2.5VDC to 10VDC and capacitance tolerance ±20 (120HZ/+20C).
