Offered in a resistor array package, CZB Series devices can replace three or more discrete devices, reducing board space requirements and simplifying the manufacturing process in telecom and mobile wireless products. As a single-component solution, the device released today delivers superior tolerance matching and temperature tracking for improved performance in signal attenuation applications. The CZB provides an attenuation range of 1dB to 10dB with an attenuation tolerance down to ± 0.3dB. The attenuator features maximum power dissipation of 0.075W at +70C, a frequency range to 3GHz, and impedance of 50ohm and 75ohm. The RoHS-compliant device operates over a temperature range of -55C to +150C.
