Crystal oscillators have low-jitter and tight stability with quartz crystal resonator and clock IC technologies

30-08-2016 | Mouser Electronics | Passives

Pericom standard crystal oscillators (XO), available from Mouser, feature low-jitter and tight stability with quartz crystal resonator and leading-edge clock IC technologies. The oscillators are available with CMOS/TTL, LVPECL, or LVDS output logic. They have an overall accuracy of ±20ppm and are ideal for a variety of applications. These applications include WiFi, WiMax, PON, and telecommunications standards like SONET/SDH. Some oscillator products feature a voltage control function with an in-circuit adjustment of the output frequency. This is for use in data signal acquisition, clock retiming and jitter attenuation, or frequency synthesis.
